1. Service Coverage and Satisfaction Guarantee. All cleaning services provided by Evergreen Cleaning Services Co are covered by our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of
service completion, and we will return to re-clean the missed area at no
additional charge.
2. Operating Hours. Our services are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am
to 5 pm. Services requested outside of these hours may be accommodated on a
case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
3.Standard Cleaning Services. Our Standard Cleaning package is designed to maintain your
home's cleanliness with our advanced cleaning techniques. Services are
customizable, and while most clients opt for bi-weekly cleanings, frequency can
be adjusted to meet your needs.
4. Deep Cleaning Services. Deep Cleaning services are recommended for the first visit
or for clients seeking a more thorough clean. This service involves detailed
cleaning, requiring additional time and attention. It's our most comprehensive
package, designed to rejuvenate your home.
5. Move Out/In Cleaning Services. Our Move Out/In Cleaning ensures your old or new home is spotless. This extensive cleaning covers all accessible surfaces, ensuring the space is ready for its next occupants.
6. Booking and Cancellation. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website. To
cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled
service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept mastercard, visa, and discover, making billing easy and simple. You are charged on the day of your service. 8. Insurance and Liability
8.Evergreen Cleaning Services Co is fully insured and bonded. While we treat your home with the utmost care, should any damage or loss occur as a direct result of our actions, we will undertake the appropriate repair or
replacement.
9. Client Responsibilities. Clients are asked to provide a safe working environment for
our staff, including ensuring all pets are secured. Clients should also
communicate any specific cleaning requirements or preferences before service
commencement.
10. Privacy Policy. Evergreen Cleaning Services Co respects the privacy of its
clients. Personal information collected for booking and service purposes will
be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.
